REGISTRATION
The NAMA 2007 Conference Registration Desk will be located in the lobby of the Albuquerque Hotel, Rio Grand Boulevard, Albuquerque, NM.
The desk will be open from Thursday Oct.18th from 12:00pm to Sunday Oct 21st till 10:00 am.
Those wishing to participate at the NAMA 2007 Albuquerque Conference are kindly asked to fill in the Reply Form and to pay the registration fee. To assist us in planning the Conference, please return the Reply Form by fax or mail as soon as possible. We expect this event to sell-out.

CONFERENCE FEES & DEADLINES
The registration fees (regular, member and student fees) include attendance at the various sessions, invitation to the welcome dinner, the banquet and all breakfasts, lunches and refreshment during breaks and access to the conference floor.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
Hotel Accommodation fees are not included in the conference price. The Albuquerque Conference Team has reserved a number of rooms at the Albuquerque Hotel ( 115.00 ++ /day ) and at the Best Western Rio Grand (98.00++/day).
We encourage you to reserve your room at the Albuquerque Hotel as soon as you have received your e-mail confirmation. Do quote the CODE: NAMA. When reserving your room to ensure you are using the blocked rooms and benefit the negotiated special rates. We anticipate the Albuquerque Hotel to fill quickly and for convenience we have blocked more rooms at the nearby Best Western Rio Grand Inn which is located within walking distance, the code to access the blocked rooms for NAMA is NAMA.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of the registration fees with a deduction of $100.00 for administrative costs, will be granted for all written cancellations received no later than Sept 18th, 2007, after that date no refund of registration fee will be provided. For accommodation cancellation policy please refer to the Hotel Management.
