Room Rates
A block of 200 rooms has been reserved for the NAMA conference at $129 per night. NAMA Conference room rates are subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.
For those who register earlier, a limited number of additional discounts may be available. So, make your reservations early.
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 13%. Taxes are subject to change.

Reservations Cut-Off Date
The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this room block is September 25, 2008. Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

You may also call directly for reservations by calling toll free at 888-627-8517. Guests may also reserve by fax at 847-698-5483. Reservations must be guaranteed by one night’s deposit (room and tax) on a major credit card.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival; Check-out time is 12:00pm on the day of departure.

Early Departure Fee
In the event that a guest checks out prior to their reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $75.00 will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Late Departure
Check-out time is 12:00pm on the day of departure. In the event a guest would like to stay after that time, a late departure fee will be assessed to the individual’s credit card (currently this fee is $50.00).

Individual Cancellation
Any individual cancellations received after 6:00pm the day prior to the arrival date will result in charging the first night’s room and tax to the individual’s credit card.

Room & Related Charges
Guests shall be responsible for paying their own guestroom, tax and incidental charges upon check out.

Room Deposit
A deposit equal to [one night’s stay] is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date (s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the [first] and/or [final] night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least [seventy-two (72) hours] prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Airport Shuttle Service
Conveniently located near the Chicago O’Hare airport, the Westin Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service every 20 minutes from 5:00 AM to midnight, and on-call from midnight to 5:00 AM.
