Cancellation policy
Written cancellations received on or before September 18, 2008, will receive a refund less $100.00 deducted for administrative costs. After September 18, 2008, registration fees will not be refunded.

Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are not included in the conference price. We encourage you to reserve your room at the Westin Hotel as soon as you have received your registration confirmation.
